"Agent told me They would not Accept my transfer Policy Because There a Brotherhood AKA Mafia of Agents Was trying to transfer form an agent that tried to Price gouge me. Beware These Guys Are Criminals your response just goes to prove my statements I talked with state farm directly and they told me I have every right to change agents if I like to and it's not your place to email anyone on my behalf without my permission you are a crook by your own words"

You get a better rate usually when you keep all the insurance bundled together. Using profanities and cussing out our Customer Care Manager that was trying to assist you was not appreciated, nor will be tolerated in my Agency Dominick."

"Hans at State Farm is absolutely amazing to deal with ! He is so friendly and professional. I was away for a couple months and when I returned my car would not start . Hans came to my house to boost my car , it still would not start so he charged the battery for a few hours and then again came back to my house after he finished his day at work to make sure my car started . Hans is beyond caring and I am so grateful and thankful for how he treated me . He went above and beyond to help me and that means so much . If you are looking for an exceptional person definitely ask for Hans at State Farm !!!!!!!!"

"I had an exceptional experience with Sarah. She was so patient and knowledgeable. She was able to get me covered on multiple policies. "Agents are totally unprofessional, in my case it was Sarah Carrera, who does not answer back as soon as you pay your first auto policy payments. When I sat down to get my Auto Policy I agreed and signed on a particular price. But I was never told that this price was given to me due to a discount called StateFarm “DriveSafe&Save” which I was never explained how it actually works, therefore I never even new I was offered it in the first place. After two months as I did not setup this system, my discount was taken away which I wasn’t told about in the first place, and my auto policy price was increased! It’s truly what a scam looks like, having been given wrongful information about how the system works being used against you to get as much money from you as possible! Therefore, I would suggest to either avoid StateFarm all together, or find a proper agent."

Since there were numerous quotes requested via email with your spouse before you spoke to Sarah, I fear this may have been a large part of the perceived unclear communication regarding the Drive Safe and Save discount. While we usually can make foreign auto transition easy, the lack of phone communication seems to have played a big part in making it seem or feel unprofessional which would never be our intent. Drive Safe and Save is one of our biggest competitive advantages in keeping auto rates as low as possible and I'm sorry you didn't get to experience that before you left us. We would love the opportunity to restore your trust and confidence in our Agency in the future. All the best, Ellie"
