"For an entire month, I collectively spent hours on chats, emails, and phone calls with at least a dozen State Farm representatives and “experts,” all trying to accomplish what should have been a simple task: getting the State Farm Drive Safe & Save app. Despite everyone’s efforts, I remained without a resolution.

Then I spoke with Frank Casieri today—and everything changed.

I’ll be honest: during the first few minutes of our conversation, I was extremely frustrated. After a month of going in circles, I was practically spitting nails. But Frank never allowed my frustration to affect the way he treated me. Instead, he demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, patience, composure, and genuine sincerity.

Frank methodically worked through the problem and, where numerous other State Farm representatives had been unable to find a solution, Frank got it done. We were finally successfully set up with the Drive Safe & Save app.

What impressed me most, however, wasn't simply that Frank solved the problem. It was how he did it. He provided the kind of old-school customer care that seems increasingly rare these days—he listened, took ownership, stayed with the problem, and genuinely cared about getting it resolved.

Frank Casieri is a tremendous asset to State Farm. Representatives like him are the people who restore confidence in a company and remind customers what outstanding service is supposed to feel like.
